The AA Rosette Bay View Restaurant is open from 7pm until 9.30pm daily, with a daily changing menu using the finest local ingredients offering modern European and regional dishes. The seasonal Taste Brasserie is open 7pm – 9.30pm daily from Easter to October with magical dishes using the finest local ingredients. The Terrace Lounge is open from 9am every day offering spectacular views as well as morning coffee, light lunches and afternoon teas.
